Your Role

• Install and service HVAC systems and related components for Walmart stores and other major commercial projects
• Fabricate sheet‑metal ductwork and pipe for HVAC systems
• Read blueprints and technical drawings, coordinate with team members, and complete jobs on time and on budget while maintaining safety standards

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of hands‑on commercial HVAC installation and/or service experience
• Willingness to travel for extended trips (road warrior mentality)
• Experience with Walmart installs or similar national chains preferred
• Experience in sheet‑metal, ductwork, and pipefitting considered strong plus
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
• Reliable transportation to meet points and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record preferred
