1st Impressions Heating & Air Inc. in Florida is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to install and replace heating and cooling systems in multi-family properties.

You will work on equipment and duct systems while following manufacturer instructions, building codes, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating installs in occupied or turnover environments.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years HVAC installation experience.
• Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read installation manuals, blueprints, and spec sheets.
• Knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use hand/power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related systems.
• Replace existing HVAC components and upgrade systems.
• Assemble, position, and secure equipment per specifications.
• Perform duct installation, sealing, and insulation.
• Connect electrical and plumbing lines as applicable.
• Test systems for airflow, refrigerant operation, and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and proper tool storage.
• Interact with customers and team members professionally.
• Complete documentation (work orders, checklists, photos).
• Assist with troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
