Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC installation experience.

• EPA certification required (NATE preferred).
• Strong safety practices and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to pass background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Work with ductwork, gas piping, and refrigeration lines.
• Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and support system start-ups.
• Mentor and assist junior installers as you grow in your role.
