Shook Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer - Lead HVAC Installation Tech to join our team in Livonia, MI. Pay: $22-$35 per hour, based on experience, and all necessary tools are provided

This is a full-time position with a set schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm. No nights or weekends required.
As our HVAC Installer - Lead HVAC Installation Tech, you will lead a two-person team, overseeing the installation of heating and air conditioning systems in residential settings throughout Metro Detroit. This position includes new construction HVAC installation projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards, while also mentoring and guiding your team member. Your role is critical in maintaining our reputation for quality workmanship and outstanding service.
