Edelman Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric & Solar is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our installation crews. Learn from experienced leads, build hands-on skills, and take pride in delivering quality work on every job.

You should have 1+ year HVAC installation experience or complete an HVAC training program, and EPA certification (or be ready to obtain within 3 months). This role is hands-on and safety-minded, with opportunities to grow your trade on residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ year HVAC installation experience or completion of an HVAC training program.
• EPA certification is required (or ready to obtain within 3 months).
• Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems and willingness to learn ductwork, brazing, and control wiring.

Responsibilities

• Execute the install as part of a crew on residential and commercial installations, following Lead Installer's direction and Edelman's quality standards.
• Learn ductwork, brazing, line set installation, and control wiring hands-on under guidance from experienced installers.
• Flag issues early and collaborate with the team to find efficient solutions.
• Deliver quality work with clean ductwork and precise wiring that meets Edelman's standards on every job.
• Represent Edelman by delivering a professional, respectful customer experience on-site.
