Job summary

Edelman HVAC is looking for an Installer to join our installation crews, learn from experienced leads, and deliver quality work on every job. You will work on residential and commercial installations, following the Lead Installer's direction and Edelman's quality standards.

We seek hands-on, safety-minded professionals who are ready to grow their trade, maintain tools with pride, and represent Edelman professionally on site. EPA certification is required or obtainable within 3 months.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HVAC installation experience, or completion of an HVAC training program.
• EPA certification is required (or ready to obtain within 3 months).
• Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems and willingness to learn ductwork, brazing, and control wiring under guidance.
• Solutions-driven team player who takes coaching well and shows up ready to learn.
• Dependable, proactive, safe and organized; maintains vehicle and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Install: Work with a crew on residential and commercial installations, following Lead Installer's direction and Edelman's quality standards.
• Build Your Skills: Learn ductwork, brazing, line set installation, and control wiring hands-on with guidance from experienced installers.
• Solve Problems On the Fly: Flag issues early and work with the team to find efficient solutions.
• Deliver Quality Work: Ensure clean ductwork, precise wiring, and craftsmanship meeting Edelman standards on every job.
• Represent Edelman: On-site, provide a professional, respectful experience for every customer.
