Job description

Safety oriented; Always wear proper PPE and comply with all safety standards and processes.

• Must be capable of assisting with all phases of commercial work including the following:
• Set duct hangers, install metal ducts round and rectangular, Flex duct, install Grills, setting HVAC equipment etc.
• Able to follow direction, production minded, team centered.
• Maintain personal tools to do the task required.
• Assist in Receiving, verifying Duct, Materials, and equipment delivered for the job.
• Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
• Be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Be willing to travel outside the DFW on occasion when required.

Skills

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to learn with eagerness to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
• 0-4 or more years’ experience in installation of all HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
• Take personal responsibility of your work and ensure quality craftsmanship.

Additional Qualifications

• Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Valid social security number
• Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required.
• Neat, professional appearance
