Qualifications

• Prior HVAC installation and/or service experience.
• EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification required.
• Knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate professionally with customers about system issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and document work performed on each job.
