Job summary

Airtron Heating & Cooling HVAC in Strongsville, OH is seeking an HVAC Installer to install heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment in residential new construction or retail settings. You will test systems, follow manufacturer specs and complete all paperwork.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, HVAC installation experience, ability to read plans, a valid driver’s license, and good communication. Overtime and weekend hours may be required; EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• May perform start-up on air conditioning systems.
• Fabricate and install ducts and duct fittings as required.

**Job Description Summary: **The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications for our Residential New Construction or Retail Teams.Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:Works under general supervision to install heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specificationsMay tests systems to ensure proper functioningIdentifies issues and follows-up with required repair to ensure all relevant components are working correctly to ensure complianceCompletes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely mannerMay perform start-up on air conditioning systems as neededFabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as requiredFollows safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED.
