Techpro Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Installer to install heat pumps, zoning, and ductwork. The role includes ongoing training, performance reviews, and the completion of onboarding tasks. A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory background check are required.

Expect punctual, reliable communication and adherence to instructions during on-site work. Employees may undergo a 90-day probationary period with training courses and performance evaluations to ensure goals are met.
