We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC installer to install HVAC systems. The HVAC installer will be skilled in installing andinspecting systems.

To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your top priority. In addition, ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.Someone who can also managejob site activities for HVAC retrofit projects andplan, organize, and executes daily work activities for the crew.

Responsibilities:

• Installing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

HVAC Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Valid TX driver's license.
• Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• EPA certificate (preferred).
• Must pass an employment background check.
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice (preferred).
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
