One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring for a field service technician in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on delivering top-notch HVAC service, repairs, and customer satisfaction across assigned residential jobs.

You will be a hands-on problem-solver, traveling to customer homes in a company van and representing the One Hour brand with pride. This position offers uncapped earning potential, a performance-driven pay plan, and opportunities for advancement within a team-focused culture.

Interview Process

• After we review your application, you will be contacted for an interview with the Hiring Manager. Plan on approximately 60 minutes.
• Next the fun begins: you will be invited to sit in on one of our Service Meetings and then do a ride along with one of our Install Teams so you can see what life is really like at One Hour Air! Plan on a full morning.

$70,000 - $110,000 per year
