Howard Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to join our team. You will supervise full installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties, using advanced tools to ensure correct and efficient setup.

You will follow strict manufacturer guidelines, perform quality checks, and maintain detailed installation records while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver's license.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.

• Install HVAC systems: Execute the full range of HVAC installation services, ensuring systems function optimally.
• Follow installation guidelines: Adhere to all manufacturer and company guidelines for system installation.
• Perform quality checks: Ensure all installed systems meet company and industry standards.
• Customer interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations and parts used.

Work Environment

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
