Minuteman Heating and Air is hiring experienced residential HVAC Installers. If you take great pride in your work and educating customers, we offer excellent pay, training programs for career growth, flexibility, and a team-oriented, family environment.

Job Duties

1. Wears floor savers in clients' homes and maintains a clean work area during repairs or scheduled services.
2. Ensures the job is completed correctly and eliminates callbacks after finishing.
3. Explains services performed to clients before and after work to ensure satisfaction.
4. Conveys a safety-conscious attitude both on the job and while driving.
5. Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles.

Requirements
