Garber Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an Experienced Residential HVAC Installer in Central Illinois. Earn $22-$30 per hour, with strong benefits and a family-owned culture.

The role offers year-round stability in Morton and surrounding areas, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:00 AM and overtime as needed. You will install residential heating and air conditioning systems, deliver high-quality customer experiences, and work with gas pipes, refrigerant lines, ductwork, furnaces, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Proficient in installing gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, and ductwork systems.
• Strong understanding of refrigerant, gas & electric furnaces, heat pumps, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.

What You\'ll Earn

• Competitive hourly pay based on your experience
• $22 - $30 per hour - depending on exp.
