Job Summary

Here we grow again! Debord's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, located in Chardon, is seeking a full-time HVAC installer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The HVAC Installer services, repairs, and replaces HVAC systems, providing a rewarding career for mechanically inclined individuals. Company vehicle, phone, uniforms, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), vision, dental, life, disability, paid holidays, and vacation are provided. A clean driving record and passing a background check and drug screen are required.

Job Duties

• Correctly utilizes Straight Forward Pricing and approved forms on each call.
• Maintains a neat work area and wears floor savers inside clients' homes.
• Tests all aspects of the job to ensure proper operation before leaving.
• Explains services to clients and ensures their satisfaction.
• Adheres to safety protocols both on the job and while driving.
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles.

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000 per year
