Solon Heating & Air Conditioning in Solon, IA is seeking a full-time HVAC Installation Technician to install heating and cooling systems for clients throughout Solon and surrounding areas. This hands-on role offers learning opportunities and a path to growth with a family-owned contractor.

Typical hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime and some on-call. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, company vehicle, and ongoing education through our mentor and apprentice program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license - required.
• NATE certification - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installing various heating and cooling systems, including hydronic systems.
• Fabricating sheet metal as needed.
• Ensuring equipment works before heading out to the next job.
