Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment.
• Ensure installations meet high workmanship and safety standards.
• Perform final quality inspections and system testing.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the process.
• Document work and job details using ServiceTitan.
• Collaborate with dispatch, service technicians, and leadership for project execution.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Stay current on industry technology and best practices.
