Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent training/education/certification.
• Basic understanding of mechanical principles and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and connecting equipment, running refrigerant lines, installing ductwork, wiring controls, and ensuring safety standards and project specs.
• Assist with material handling, site prep, cleanup, and basic troubleshooting.
• Work under supervision and demonstrate growing understanding of HVAC principles and safe work practices.
