Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience within HVAC operations.
• Strong HVAC installation background.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC installation technicians and apprentices.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop installation team members.
• Establish performance expectations and hold team members accountable to results.
• Mentor and coach employees to support professional growth and career development.
• Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and customer service standards.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and overall department performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Support operational initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of installations.
