Job summary

Hall's Heating & Air is expanding to Amarillo, TX, seeking a full-time HVAC Installation Lead to guide the installation team and drive project success. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is offered for experienced installers and service techs, with a competitive wage up to $33 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

You'll work Monday through Friday with occasional overtime, leading projects end-to-end, training installers on-site, and resolving system issues to ensure exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience in the heating and air conditioning field.
• Valid driver's license.

BECOMING OUR HVAC INSTALLATION LEAD

Schedule:

You’ll work a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed.

Day-to-Day:

As our HVAC Installation Lead, you'll lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to our high standards. You'll provide on-site training and guidance to our HVAC installers, helping to develop their skills and knowledge. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring that our customers' needs are met promptly and effectively!
