Qualifications

• No prior HVAC experience required; willingness to train the right person.
• Must be reliable and ready to learn in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely on job sites.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with installation and replacement of HVAC equipment.
• Load, unload, and stage materials; prep work areas; help set and secure equipment.
• Assist with sheet metal and ductwork installation, sealing, insulation, and support work.
• Install refrigerant piping, condensate drains, wiring, and controls under supervision.
• Remove old equipment and keep jobsites clean, orderly, and safe.
• Follow company procedures, manufacturer requirements, and safety rules.
• Learn installation practices, tool use, and jobsite organization.
