Qualifications
- No HVAC experience required; willingness to learn is a must.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead HVAC technicians with installation of heating and air conditioning systems.
- Help transport, stage, and position equipment, tools, and materials at job sites.
- Support ductwork installation, equipment mounting, and system setup tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures during installations.
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers.
