• Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs.
• Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance.
• Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep our operations tight and keep you on the move.
• Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
• Own your route and represent Gee with professionalism.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
