Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification.
• NATE Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Adequate personal tools.
• Ability to maintain, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Our average install is completed in about 9 hours a day.
• Between 2-4 technicians on the job depending on job scope.
• No weekends.
• Ductwork is fabricated before the install or delivered to the job.
• Every job starts with a debrief with the install manager.
• There is adequate work to go around.
• Cross-training for service when the install schedule slows down.
