Job summary

Horizon Services is seeking an HVAC Install Technician Assistant to join our residential installation team in New Castle. You will help install heating and cooling systems in clients' homes, delivering solutions with strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.

We offer competitive compensation with a base salary plus bonus, a sign-on bonus up to $1,500 for qualified candidates, paid training, and a clear development path.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Install Technician
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Salary: $22 - $29 per hour
