Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Installation Technician to support the lead installer in the efficient replacement of heating and air conditioning systems. The role emphasizes quality paperwork, protected job sites, and a professional, safety-minded work ethic.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent and proven HVAC installation experience; NATE certification is preferred. A clean driving record and ability to pass a background/drug screen are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in HVAC.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead Installation Technician with installation of heating/CAC replacement systems.
• Complete installation paperwork timely and accurately.
• Use drop cloths to protect client floors during installation.
• Maintain neat work area and ensure cleanliness after job completion.
• Demonstrate safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Wear floor savers in client homes.
• Assist Lead Installer with maintaining production levels.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness inside and out.

Job Summary

This position will assist the lead Installation technician with the installation of heating and air conditioning replacement systems.

Job Duties

• Completes installation paperwork in a neat, timely, and accurate manner that reflects all tasks performed for reporting accuracy and future comparison
• Uses drop cloths to protect client's floors while performing installation
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client's home
• Assists the Lead Installer with maintaining required production levels
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
