Jensen Plumbing, Heating & Air, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Install & Service Technician in Wisconsin. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and indoor air quality systems for residential and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. The role offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and a company vehicle after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and/or service.
• Candidate should have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation plans.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues and take corrective actions.
• Perform routine maintenance, system cleaning, and repairs.
• Educate customers on system operation and indoor air quality solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and logs.
• Provide guidance and training to teammates as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
