Job summary

Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing Generators is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to join our team in the United States. You will support installation crews, prepare parts, verify proper stocking, and maintain documentation to ensure quality, safe installations in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple teams, providing excellent customer service on every job, and staying current with HVAC codes.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic HVAC knowledge and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installation Department to ensure timely, accurate installations.
• Provide excellent customer service on every job.
• Review work orders, follow schedules, and solve problems proactively.
• Ensure parts and materials are stocked and documented per procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC codes and professional appearance on-site.
