Job summary

Lee Company in Madison, AL is seeking an entry-level Residential HVAC Install Helper to support installation and service technicians with ductwork, piping, and system start-ups. No heavy experience required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred and basic computer knowledge helps you learn quickly.

You will work on residential projects, learn to assist with gas piping, venting, and electrical as needed, and gain hands-on trade training through our Lee Company University.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• No prior HVAC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC installation/service technicians with installations, maintenance and service.
• Help with ductwork, setting and startup of split and package systems.
• Assist with gas piping, venting and electrical work as required.
• Learn on the job through Lee Company University and hands-on training.
