Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an Install Helper in the United States. This full-time, year-round position supports lead installers with HVAC replacements and related tasks.

You will report to the warehouse daily to load parts and equipment for field installations, with clear pathways for advancement in the skilled trades. The role requires HVAC experience, EPA certification or willingness to obtain it, weight-bearing capabilities, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year HVAC experience (field or school-based) preferred.
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.
• Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
