Heritage Home Service in Worcester, MA is seeking a Residential HVAC Install Helper to join our on-site team. You will install residential furnaces, boilers and AC split systems, ensuring code compliance and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in the field, strong troubleshooting ability, and a valid driver’s license. EPA certification or Gas Trainee/Gas License are a plus; we offer solid benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year in the field, installing residential furnaces, boilers and AC split systems

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical labor
