SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in Chantilly, VA is seeking an HVAC installer helper. Earn $22–$28/hour with overtime, paid weekly, and a stocked company vehicle. We train you on the job and promote from within.

We welcome 0–2 years of hands-on experience and provide bonuses, benefits, and six paid holidays. You will learn ductwork, brazing, wiring, and system start-up while ensuring customer homes stay clean and comfortable.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of HVAC or related hands-on experience.
• Reliable, on-time, and coachable.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA 608 certification or HVAC trade school is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer replacing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Carry and haul equipment, load and unload the truck.
• Learn ductwork, brazing, wiring, and system start-up hands-on.
• Protect the customer's home and leave every job cleaner than you found it.

What You'll Do

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and able to pass a background check
• EPA 608 certification or HVAC trade school is a plus but not required. We'll help you get certified.
