Job summary

Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning, part of ARS, is hiring for a full-time, year-round role supporting lead installers with HVAC system replacements and add-ons. You will report to the warehouse daily to load parts and gear up for field installations in a hands-on position with clear advancement potential.

Requirements include 6-12 months of field HVAC experience, EPA certification or willingness to obtain, ability to lift heavy equipment, valid driver's license and a customer-focused attitude.
