Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring HVAC Install Assistants for full-time, year-round work in Orlando, FL. You will work with experienced installers to complete residential HVAC installations, learn hands-on skills, and build a long-term career in the skilled trades.

Starting as an Install Assistant, you will gain field experience, support installation tasks, and advance toward HVAC Installer as you grow. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential HVAC equipment.
• Prepare equipment, materials, tools, and jobsites for installation.
• Assist with removing existing HVAC equipment and organizing gear.
• Help ensure work is performed safely and to standard.
• Maintain tools and complete required job documentation.
