WM Henderson is hiring HVAC Installation Technician Assistants to go into clients' homes and install new residential heating and cooling systems. We value problem solving and customer service, and you’ll receive hands-on training in a supportive, people-first culture.

We offer competitive base pay with a bonus program that can push earnings toward $100,000, a sign-on bonus up to $1,500, year-round full-time schedules, and opportunities for growth, licensing sponsorship, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Install Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
