Comfort Systems of Montana is offering an HVAC Install Apprentice position to learn from seasoned technicians and start a rewarding career in HVAC with hands-on training. You’ll gain hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair under expert guidance.

No prior HVAC experience is required; a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn are enough. We provide mentorship, ongoing training, competitive pay ($18–$25/hour) with bonuses, benefits, and advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior HVAC experience required.
• Interest in pursuing a career in HVAC.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Skill Development: Engaging in comprehensive training programs to master the fundamentals of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with experienced technicians and peers to enhance learning through practical experience.
• Quality Assurance: Assisting in ensuring that all HVAC installations meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Customer Service: Supporting efforts to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every project.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Tools and Equipment Management: Learning to manage and maintain HVAC tools and equipment responsibly.
