Qualifications

• No HVAC experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to attending and completing provided education and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain clean and safe jobsites.
• Follow instructions from lead installers.
• Learn proper installation procedures and safety practices.
• Attend assigned technical school and training courses.
• Complete job documentation and photos when requested.
