Carolina Heating is seeking a Residential HVAC Install Assistant to support residential and light commercial installation projects in the Greenville, SC area. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in quality work.

Qualifications

• Interest in learning the HVAC trade; prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installation.
• Support lead installers with equipment setup, material handling, and jobsite prep.
• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow safety procedures and installation standards.
• Represent Carolina Heating with professionalism and a positive attitude.
