Essential Job Functions

• Learn and Grow: Work alongside experienced technicians and develop both technical and soft skills needed to become a Lead HVAC Technician.
• Assist with Installations & Repairs: Provide support with light repair and installation work.
• Professionalism is Key: Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge to build customer trust and drive referrals.
• Be Timely & Accurate: Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Keep job sites organized, ensure your truck is well-stocked, and always prioritize safety—both on the job and while driving.
• Stay Engaged: Participate in training sessions, morning meetings, and team retreats.
• Embody Our Values: Always represent the Tom Drexler way—Positive, Professional, and Passionate.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record screen.
• Positive Attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Mechanical Aptitude – You don’t need to know it all, but you should be eager to learn!
• Good Communication Skills – Clear and respectful communication is essential.
• Ability to regularly lift 10-50 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.

Experience/Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation

• $16 - $20 per hour
