Job summary

Comfort Matters, LLC invites motivated individuals to join as an HVAC Apprentice - Install. You will work with a team to deliver high-quality HVAC installations, build strong customer rapport, and grow through ongoing training and education stipends.

The role is on-site in Osseo, MN, with opportunities to advance as you master installation skills, staging, and documentation, while maintaining a safe and organized work vehicle and site.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers in HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Stage jobs properly, follow quality checklists and safety protocols.
• Keep job sites and trucks clean, organized, and well-inventoried.
• Participate in formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of installation and venting codes.
