Responsibilities

  • Assist lead installers with residential HVAC installations.
  • Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, thermostats, and indoor comfort systems.
  • Load materials, prepare job sites, and keep projects organized.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Learn installation best practices, equipment startup, and system testing.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while working in customers' homes.
  • Continue building your technical knowledge through hands-on training every day.
