What You’ll Do

1. Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations, ensuring projects are efficient and accurate.
2. Build strong customer rapport by delivering exceptional service and professionalism.
3. Help stage job sites and adhere to quality standards for flawless installations.
4. Maintain organized job sites and inventory for smooth, efficient operations.
5. Learn and grow through hands-on training and formal exercises to sharpen your skills.
6. Handle paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience: Two years of HVAC experience (preferred) performing installations and ductwork.
2. Knowledge: Familiarity with installation and venting codes.
3. Personality: Outgoing, motivated, and goal-driven with a passion for teamwork.
4. Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to personal growth.
5. Requirements:
   1. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
   2. Reliable transportation.
   3. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Trade school or Apprentice License a plus.
   4. EPA Type II Certification (preferred).
