YES! AIR CONDITIONING HEATING PLUMBING ELECTRIC, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is hiring Retail Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores promoting HVAC services and tune-ups.

Earn $23.00–$25.00 per hour plus commission, with an average earning potential of $25–$35 per hour on average. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekends required in St. George, UT.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment as a product consultant.
• Weekend and some holiday availability; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador representing YES! ARS with professionalism.
• Explain service options and upgrades to customers and promote HVAC offerings.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and advisers.
• Note: this role is not door-to-door or canvassing.
