Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field operations and coordinate with internal teams and customers.
  • Ensure safety standards and quality are maintained on-site.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as needed to meet timelines.
  • Maintain records and reporting related to projects and tasks.
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency efforts.
  • Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Assist leadership with scheduling and on-site activities.
  • Ensure customer expectations are consistently met.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned duties and responsibilities in support of departmental and company objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
  • Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education / Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience related to foreman responsibilities preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
Physical Requirements
  • Sit, stand, walk, and computer use.
  • Hand movements, including typing and equipment operation.
  • Travel as required to support project and operational needs.
  • Stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Sit for extended periods while driving to and between job sites.
  • Work on active job sites, indoors and outdoors, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined or elevated spaces, with exposure to varying weather, construction noise, dust, and other job site conditions.
  • Wear safety gear such as Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Maintain dependable transportation and consistent, reliable attendance to meet customer service and operational needs.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and make independent decisions within established company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
  • Communicate in person, by phone, and electronically, including on a tablet, smartphone, and other office technology.
  • Perform all work on‑site and in person; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
