Job summary

FilterPro USA, LLC is seeking a Filter Changer to replace, clean, and maintain filters across several sites. You may travel and occasionally overnight; the company provides room and per diem when necessary, plus a company vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and a company phone.

This is a full-time, in-person role with 40–60 hours per week. Responsibilities include replacing, cleaning, and inspecting filters, maintaining records, and following safety protocols while working on equipment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure proper installation and maintenance of filters.
• Knowledge of how to use basic tools (screwdriver, etc...)
• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work with dispatch to maintain filter change schedules and records.
