FilterPro USA is hiring a Filter Changer to join our team in a hands-on maintenance role. You will replace, clean, and maintain filters across multiple systems to ensure peak performance.

The position includes a company vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and a cell phone; travel and occasional overnight stay may be required, with lodging and per diem provided when needed. We value attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication with dispatch to keep change schedules and records up to date.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure proper filter installation and maintenance.
• Ability to use basic hand tools (screwdriver, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with dispatch and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Replace air filters within various environments.
• Clean filters to remove dirt and debris.
• Inspect filters for damage or wear and replace as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols when handling filters and equipment.

• Clean filters to remove dirt, debris, and contaminants.
• Inspect filters for damage or wear and replace as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling filters and working on equipment.

Skills

• Attention to detail to ensure proper installation and maintenance of filters.

• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work with dispatch to maintain filter change schedules and records.

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
