Job summary

BFC Solutions in Tampa, FL is hiring a Filter Tech to install air filters in rooftop HVAC systems for area schools. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with potential overtime.

You must pass an extensive background check and drug screening, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders to 40 feet, drive a company vehicle, and work outdoors in all weather. Benefits include health, dental and vision, 401(k) with matching, a company phone, a vehicle, holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must pass an extensive background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must be able to take the company vehicle home.
• Must have good phone skills and be good with technology.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driver's license subject to continuous review.
• Must be comfortable with heights up to 40 feet and using extension ladders.
• Meet ladder safety requirements as defined by OSHA.
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to work a typical work week with potential overtime.
• Facility and/or grounds maintenance, Construction, HVAC, Route delivery and set-up.

Responsibilities

• Install air filters primarily in rooftop HVAC systems for area schools.
• Route delivery and set-up of equipment and materials.
• Operate company vehicle for job sites.
• Maintain safety and follow OSHA ladder rules.
• Perform facility and grounds maintenance as needed.
