Job summary

Corvant is hiring for a Service Technician I to perform installation, service, and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. The role requires collaboration with an experienced technician and travel as necessary to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have an EPA certification, at least two years of HVAC experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Technical school is preferred, with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills as essential assets.

Qualifications

• Understanding HVAC components and terminology.
• Experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Ability to perform maintenance independently.
• Experience w/ HVAC systems start-up/commissioning.
• Basic knowledge of entry-level HVAC concepts.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC mechanical faults.
• Provide high level customer service.
• Collaborate with senior technician and NCCER Curriculum.
