Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training preferred.
• Five years of related experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting Warranty Fulfillment, Preventative Maintenance, Technical Training, Trouble Shooting, Equipment Commissioning, and Start-up.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including Hot Water, DX Systems, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Fan Systems, VFDs, and low voltage controls.
• Conduct thorough equipment inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to provide technical guidance to ensure HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency and reliability.
• Perform equipment commissioning and start-up procedures, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
• Provide technical training to clients and internal staff on HVAC systems, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
